Digital Artist & Computer Programmer
Having graduated with a computer science degree from Georgia State University in the fall of 2000, John Hays went on to become the first graduate student accepted into the new Digital Arts & Sciences program at the University of Florida.
While at UF, John was joined by graduates from a wide range of fields: engineering, art, photography, and architecture. Together, along with both industry professionals as well as the pioneers of the Digital Worlds Institute at UF, John and the other graduates worked on ground breaking projects, from the award-winning Dancing Beyond Boundaries, to an immersive visualization of the 150th anniversary of UF.
Since graduating from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Digital Arts & Sciences, John has moved to Dallas, Texas and is currently working in Computer Sales.
